Physics Wallah (PW), at pw.live, is an Indian exam-preparation platform known for offering JEE, NEET, and board-exam coaching at very low prices. It began as a YouTube channel started by educator Alakh Pandey in 2016 and was incorporated as a company in 2020, based in Noida. Its core mission is making competitive-exam preparation affordable and accessible to mass-market Indian students.

PW delivers structured online (and increasingly offline, via Vidyapeeth centres) coaching for engineering (JEE) and medical (NEET) entrance exams, plus CBSE board content, and has expanded into UPSC prep, school support, skill development, and professional courses. Courses are delivered as live and recorded batches through its app and website, supported by practice material and doubt-solving. The brand built its reputation on Pandey’s teaching and a low-cost, high-volume model.

A defining feature is price: full JEE/NEET courses are offered in roughly the ₹3,500-₹5,000 range, and Pandey has pledged that fees will stay under ₹5,000.
